That would work I suppose, would be fairly permanent though.
I'm pretty sure the things I seen weren't a diy bodge like Sugru. I can picture the bike, high spec radavist bro type thing, white industries cranks, dangle bong etc
I laughed at the time, can't believe I actually want them now.

another bodge, but could you get a pack of long/thin balloons and cut the ends off to size?

They'd also be good for stopping the levers being so cold when it's cold.
I always thought this was the biggest benefit of carbon levers.

What about those silicone or whatever covers for glasses arms? Or heavy shrink wrap?
