• Yes, it's a really nice solid, dark olive tone. Goes great with loads of colours. ...but had to look up what rosin is; a solid pine resin, used in varnishes and coatings.

  • Good to see @hippy hope there's plenty more miles in them!

  • Would love to see merino ts cut for riding in with a higher front and slightly dropped tail. Wouldn’t work off bike but would be great for riding in with cargo bibs. Slightly longer sleeve, too. Just 2p.

  • The new bibs look great, especially in the new green

  • These launched yesterday? Not a massive front/back drop (which you can't see in the front-on product shot), but still enough for riding ....might be able to do something with the sleeve length, let down the cuff, and finish with an interior lycra-facing instead to eeek out another 2cm?

  • Yeah I like that tee - bibs combo too

  • I like these.

What I’ve always wanted tho and I’ve asked before if anyone has seen in other threads, is a t-shirt with rear pockets like a jersey. They’d need to be smaller and tighter i guess to avoid the dreaded back pocket sag. I like the idea of riding in a t-shirt, without the need to carry something else to put my phone and keys in.

  • Massive thumbs up for the marino tshirts that Chopsicle posted super comfortable for a days riding. I ride mountain bikes / gravel so really appreciate the non roadie fit. Bascially now want one in every colour. top work Albion!

  • You need cargo bibs. They have pockets on the back as well as the sides.

  • Yeah, nice, but I mean even more front/back cut. I like riding in a merino t but I don’t like the look of “T-shirt ride YOLO ETC”

The hem should sit just above the crotch and not drop below your arse when standing. IMO …but not look like a crop top.

  • just get a stem bag IMO. Or wear shorts that you can put your phone in.

  • Or go phoneless and dangle your keys off your saddle.

  • Or go shortsless and carry your phone in your arsecrack

  • natures cargo pocket

  • There was the H&M x BLB collabo from 10 years ago that had this t shirt with pockets idea (which kinda explain a lot)

  • any chance of a cargo bib - merino tee bundle?

  • Burner was on point today!

  • Massive thumbs up for the marino tshirts that Chopsicle posted

How is the sizing? Want to get one of the limestone ones, but sit bang on the line of medium/large. (large zoa fits me nicely).

  • They're quite long in the body. I'm somewhere between a small and the medium is a good fit, if slightly long.

  • After finding the ultralight weight jacket didn't quite fit, picked up a Zoa lightweight, banging. Only think was needing to size down.

  • Has anyone else noticed the logo on the more recent version of the bib shorts tends to degrade more quickly?

  • Sportful giara tees have three pockets on the back. I got one recently from Sport Pursuit but not put it to the test yet. I'm not sure how well the pockets will hold up with a phone in.

  • I've found it pot luck, old models do it too.

  • Talk to me about the Zoa rain pants.

Had to panic buy a 17EU pair from Decathlon before S7 and they lasted a whole 1.5 days of pissing rain off-road before the arse fell out of them (riding a prong-nose Adamo probably didn't help, the saddle cover was also shredded). But they did keep my legs mostly clean and warm. Buy cheap buy twice...

Anyway, I now want some proper ones that aren't super flappy and maybe aren't boil-in-a-bag.

My biggest concern really is pack space - how small do these squash down to? I'll obviously be in the bigger sizes XL or XXL so don't want my saddle bag entirely filled with rain pants.

  • You need some assless chaps
