Ours is council run and pretty laid back.
There’s a couple of people who’ve been there longer than most who are the go between for the allotment officer and everyone on site.
Aside from that it’s just an annual inspection and that’s about it.
As there’s still so many abandoned plots despite the waiting list I think we can all do as we please as at least we’re there working our plots as best we can.
Think of it as non-league allotmenting but we’ve all got a full size pitch ;)
Some beans and strawbs went in after work today.
