I sat next to OH watching Great Expectations, and it was stunning. From Pip's sister being a dominatrix to Jaggers blackmailing gay judges to Pip becoming an opium addict to Miss Havisham not dying in a fire, it was a thorough defiling of the corpse of Dickens.
At one stage, I mentioned it was really like that shite 4th season of Peaky Blinders, turns out it was by the same guy. Don't watch much telly, so when I see something and it's dreadful, I get disproportionately cross.

So help me, my partner watched all of Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story, and I sat there while it was on, and I ended up watching it too, and I ended up liking it.
