Ooh, I've been after something like this ever since Maplins closed down. Thanks!

The kids loved their week in Maplins.

Websites emailing you to let you know they are watching your activity.
I know they track, I don't like being forcibly reminded that they are tracking me.
I now have to cancel my Oddballs subscription and get them to delete my account. (I am petty)

This.
I try to buy potatoes unwrapped but sometimes the choice isn’t there. I can’t stand it when they put needless, all-encompassing print on the bags so you can’t inspect the things before purchase.
Sod’s law dictates that I’ll always get a bag with a few duffers.

Instructions which are just baffling pictograms rather than actual words.

Co-op... shit, overpriced supermarket. Plus, the woman who works in my local one could sour milk with her attitude.

Just the amount of packaging involved whenever I go shopping makes my toes curl. Everything has some plastic shit around it - maybe a superfluous little tray as well if you’re lucky.

People who laugh their head’s off at adverts in the cinema.
Quite often these commercials are on TVActually I’m jealous, life must be joyful for these stupid bewildered bastards

Also, loud crunchy food, or really any food in the cinema, and slurpy drinks!

Aah we’ve done misophonia to death in this thread
But yes it sucks
-
• #22316
I don't have a TV. So I do find adverts at the cinema pretty mind-blowing. But I don't think I actually LOL at them.

People were eating popcorn when I went to see Salò a few months ago. Animals.

People love repeating themselves. It's bloody horrible though (the misophonia)

… how disappointingly unfit A LOT of people seem to be. From daily observations here in the UK (I imagine some countries fare worse; some better).
Walking up stairs at train stations etc, people are generally making very slow progress. No one is telling me they all have underlying health conditions (apart from the poor conditioning).

Well a significant number are sick:
The Office for National Statistics estimates that 2.1 million people - 3.3% of the population - were suffering from long COVID as of Oct. 1
-

And 1 in 3 have a chronic condition. I know, I’m one of them.
I think my point still stands - more than 3% of people I see appear to be very unfit.

• #22322
Maybe they're just not in a rush.

• #22323
Or the person in front is slow.

Are they looking at their phone?
