Flyers though my door yesterday.
Fuck SK and all that noise about the air my kids breathe, absolute snowflakes the lot of 'em. Coal fires never hurt my parents generation and my nan smoked 60 a day and got a letter from the queen.

He's mine too.
He was canvassing a few years ago and knocked at my friends house, then proceeded to ask to speak to her husband.

They've definitely got their voter suppression in full effect. Very strict checking on the photo ID and told me off for letting our 6-yr old vote for our neighbour...

told me off for letting our 6-yr old vote for our neighbour
You can bet they'll use things like this to explain why it was needed

Not sure how they noticed. He was standing on the shoulders of two other 6-yr olds, wearing a big coat.

I hope your ready to see this quoted in the daily mail tomorrow.

The responses to any discussion on our local FB pages (I know) about anything to do with ULEZ or LTNs would make you think that everyone in the borough has a disability or has to drive their elderly neighbour to hospital 5 times a day. No one seems to get that the traffic is the problem, not the schemes. And a lot of people are traffic. Within the M25 (certainly from about South Croydon inwards), it must be something stupid like 90% of car journeys are unnecessary.

How else am I supposed to collect my new fridge every day? Can’t take that on a bike can I. Liberal idiot.

Image is even from the Daily Fail

Well that's just dangerous, how can my elderly grandma even think about crossing the road with lunatic liberals like that out and about.

No hivis; no helmet. He is a danger to other road users

Who is? I can't see anyone in that pic.

And yet Silvertown is still happening.

Wasn't the ULEZ expansion a condition of the government for a TFL bailout during the pandemic to make Khan look bad during the last mayoral election?
-
• #4047
Not really.
Road User Charging. You have decided to consult on proposals for the introduction of a London-wide Ultra Low Emission Zone for introduction in 2023, to improve air quality in London. TfL have estimated this will cost £250m in capital infrastructure costs. HMG grant funding in this
settlement should not be used to cover the costs of your policy decisions to charge road users, and therefore if you choose to implement this scheme or other road user charging options, you must fund them through alternative sources available to you. -

Looking good in the local elections so far? Sunak seems rattled.
The Johnson supporters will say it wouldn't have happened under him though - just waiting for that one to rear its ugly head.
Hopefully there'll be a nice, big chunk of infighting to destabilise them further though.

We’re definitely in the worst possible scenario territory for the Conservatives.
A level of tactical voting not seen since 1997 seems to suggest there is a strong anti-Tory sentiment across the country.

Fucking hooray
Knob got knighted for “services to the public” despite no presence in the constituency, no surgeries, rarely responds to correspondence but when he does it’s just sneering.
And don’t me get into his 6 figure a year side hustle - no grifting at all, tax havens really need the expertise of a toff dairy farmer.
