  • I seem to remember this, along with a motor with an AA battery inside that clipped on to the weighted keel piece.

  • Missing the weighted bricks

There are loads of cheap keels on bricklink should you wish to go sailing in the bath without risk of capsize. Also plenty of bows, sterns and middle sections if you're looking to build a fleet

  • along with a motor with an AA battery inside that clipped on

Ee, luxury. Ours didn't have the motor attachment fin under the ballast.

  • Don't know if it's worth mentioning, but picked up 2 of 31058 3 in 1 creator Dinosaur in Sainsbury's last night for £15. Can't see it online though, so not sure if it's regional.

  • Quite like the look of 42156...

  • Me too, though it's very monotone. I'm still keen to pick up the 911 RSR that's the same scale. Never seems to go on sale though.

  • Never liked that RSR, proportions all seem off.

  • 42156...

    Is it worth two Batmobiles?

  • Our oldest has received a lot of Lego over the past 2/3 years, Christmas, birthdays from friends and family. They get built, end up dismantled, destroyed by his younger brother, dispersed everywhere, and not used. Everything has been gathered in a pile, which I thought was a bit sad (meanwhile Magna Tiles are constantly used)
So I decided to try put things in order a bit. He loved it and started building/inventing new vehicles almost immediately. The problem is I had not imagined how big a task this would be!
Lego is hard man! Still a lot to do!

  • Think I'll be able to find space for this one...

  • Yeah. My favourite bit is the green Nissan logo

  • We are taking our time.

  • You do know, that however scrupulous you are about shutting those trays properly, one day, when you least expect it, one of them - almost certainly the one with the most number of smallest bricks - will inexplicably open at the worst possible moment and angle (think; a halfway up the stairs in bare feet kinda location).
    Ask me how I know.

  • That’s cool. Will be on my wish list for sure.

  • Ha! That is awesome

  • Inspired by @Soul I've plonked a load of our mini-figures in an Ikea frame, which will now adorn our bathroom wall!

  • Winner. That looks ace.

  • Just bought this parrot and have repeatedly caught myself saying ‘ello ‘ello ‘ello as I build. Is this normal behaviour?

  • That depends. Do you want a cracker?

  • The kids and I are really enjoying this jigsaw at the moment.

  • I recently did this one, it was quite tricky.

  • These 1:8 Lego cars don’t fuck about. The absolute size of these instructions.
