@Soul @Regal been looking at the BB54 and 39 pelagos. 3850 for the pelagos, regardless of if it is good value for money, is more than I was wanting to spend on my 1 nice watch now I’ve given my sister my 21st present.
Is it stupid to try get one second hand (for example one on eBay has an offer from the seller for around 3100 and was covered by eBay authenticity guarantee)? If I can buy from the right seller, I’d be keen to save 20% I think

I got mine from eBay, second hand but unworn with tags, stickers, bracelet unsized etc.
Check the condition carefully because the grade 2 titanium scratches very easily but if you’re cool with it then yeah, nothing wrong with second hand. Ebay with the authentication is probably as safe as any other online sale.
