Looks like there's a chunk missing off that URL. I assume the full one is:
https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2023/apr/06/forever-chemicals-infertility-women-pfas-blood
It would be good if articles like that highlighted the important figures. The fact that this higher level is only mentioned halfway through the article, and in an oddly verbose manner ("Those women with PFAS mixture levels one quarter higher than the average") seems like an odd choice. Would also be nice if they gave an estimate for how prevalent this is, how many of the people tested are at this higher level?
Naturally I'm sure this info is all contained in the papers linked, but surely this information should be included in an article whose entire purpose is to summarise the findings in a way that makes sense to us common folk.

This one is not the most simple recipe, but it’s amazing.

it plopped out of the packet and into the frying pan in a big rectangular clump
Literally all packaged mince ever.

And then you peel off the meat nappy and break it up with a spatula.

Too right!
That's consomme levels of commitment.
(thanks for the recipe though sounds good)

So being sponsored by UAE or Bahrain is fine, but Only fans not. Once again fuck the UCI

Only Fans is an odd one isn't it because it has sex workers as well as your garden variety Internet hustlers/influencers.
Didn't Mandy off Hollyoaks have a similar issue.

Saying it 'has' sex workers is like saying a petrol station has bunches of flowers. It may do but it wouldn't survive without the petrol. Only Fans tried to get rid of the porn and it took about 10 minutes before they realised what that would do to the business.

I love that he's talking about being banned for breaking a rule concerning alcohol whilst wearing a Guinness top

This is the one I've eaten most. Undoubtedly more expensive and time consuming than a bit of mince :)

But (here we go) surely everyone is entitled to a safe space? These are, by design, exclusionary.
White-only spaces fine for you? The debate is surely more complex than that.

I missed this in the ‘news cycle’ - https://open.spotify.com/episode/6HYIB6D25kNuFJ9apXnZ7w?si=XwJ2of7YTfClhZ5u6RoRyQ
Thought the digging in the garden was a metaphor before listening. Explains the unexpected resignation.

That's got about the same number of ingredients, and a much simpler method than my basic meat-based ragu.

I’d suggest 5% beef mince is just as good/better for a weight loss diet. More protein vs carbs.
Lentil spag Bol is quite tasty though for a vegi option with some bite.
Though I have added pancetta for more flavour… -

Yeah it’s going to be interesting how this situation plays out. Benton screwed, his seat has gone in the boundary changes and he’s not going to get the whip back any time soon.
This is way worse than the lead by donkeys sting and it going to be open season on Tory’s now just when they trying to fill their pockets before losing their seats.

Sad, but wealth hoarders gonna wealth hoard. If you ask them, I’m sure they’re convinced it’s entirely their own work and skills that got them where they are.

I know gun crime has been covered a lot, but stumbled on this today. 146 mass shootings this year already. 640 last year, nearly two every day. Bonkers.

I saw a documentary a few years ago and I think a lot of shit still goes on but is never reported on the mainland. It was a bit of an eye opener, particularly during marching season.
I was going to post something about needing to lose a bit of weight and lentil spag bol sounds like just the trick but I'm intrigued so yes please and I'll give it a go.
