Bungee cords with a plastic cleat instead of a hook are great. You can adjust the length easily and double them if you've got weird size stuff. These ones we get in NZ, no idea in uk sorry

Looking to upgrade the bungee cords on my dad bike, with something a bit less eye gougy, what are the recommendations for carabiner bungee cords, looking for around 60cm in length, maybe less, but definitely don't need any 100cm or longer types.
If I'm missing an alternative let me know
