No personal experience but you would assume that runderwear should be a place to start.

Decathlon do some lycra boxers which have seen me right for years. Much cheaper than runderwear. I haven't tried any others so can't compare though.

I use https://www.decathlon.co.uk/p/men-s-running-breathable-tight-shorts-dry-black/_/R-p-145824?mc=8381931&c=BLACK as undershorts for running and 5-a-side.
(Not bold enough to wear them as running shorts alone...)
