they probably don’t have an intermediary shipper/handler to deal with the VAT and duty for non E.U export, no idea if they can be sourced by you?
We are having some custom furniture made in Poland and are their first customers in the U.K, the export and customs handling is done by a separate firm who hold the goods until all duties are paid.
