yeah that should do the trick. we havent even picked a house yet (well, one was nearly done then fell through, which was semi, but thats a different thread) so the eventual config is all to play for to a degree.
Guitar stuff should be alright really as I have a THR5. The singing is where it might get weird. I'll report back if there are any neighbourly requests for us to perform fewer exorcisms

I did a fair bit of playing and singing sometimes -(mostly taylor swift covers obvs) ;-P - during lockdown. We're in a 60's terrace with zero sound insulation. I just decided to own it and not be a dick and do it late at night. Depends what music you are making but I reckon most people actually don't care a bit of one man balladry drifting across the suburbs..

I'd say just pull it away from the wall and stick a duvet over it if the neighbours turn out to be unsound about it?
