Cobbles also exist!
Also unless you go for mad startup biggest stall vibes I would not do anything (except maybe posing as messengers) that distracts from design and craftsmanship.

Yeah it's alright. The arms are from some old shitty forks, but I think I can get the weight further down by using some chainstays. I just don't have any that I am willing to sacrifice

Chainline on the 135mm fixed disc hub required a bit of adjustment.

I will find out the hard way. Spacers are just slim enough the shoulder of the spider still supports the chainring.
Only other option is to use an MTB chainset and I am not ready for that -

Of the places you would go with a cnc mill
custom offset spider would be chef's kiss -

It is widely known fact in the industry that Erik Nohlin is a cold blooded narcissist of the highest order, and just a massive cunt in general. The whole AWOL thing is just the tip of the iceberg.

Anyways we are fixing up the AWOLs and then we won't talk anymore about the designer.
In other news I bought some nice leathers for saddle refurbishments. I hate that they are dead animals, but tell myself that at least they are off cuts and that I am keeping old worn out saddles alive and that this makes it better.

I still appreciate leather as a material, because I've yet to experience a synthetic alternative which rivals it's hard wearing properties.

Very, nice - those the process differ from stem-brazing, more brass?
-
• #7322
No not at all. Same thing. I have still not done grown up cranks but I am planning some 1x cranks for myself. But I am going to have to source some better materials. This is scrap for blades and mild steel for the pedalthreads

Simple bag support for @Tijmen.
Stainless washers will be soldered on an the the stays will be rounded and filled. I've done quite a lot of squashed stays but this time I just a hammer along with my former to really get a flat end and after that I shaped the transition with a belt sander.

I can't get over how scandi it is, I love it.
I have a cargo bike in Berlin.
Also have cats, but they use the woodchip stuff.
A bit of (gravel) diorama would be cute, but thin line between nice and cringe I think.
