Nice tip - thanks - maybe I’ll pair that with the tc bucket brigade.
Dunno what I want really - probs more toward the analog rather than crispy digital. Currently listing to a lot of glitchy sad girl indie like phoebe Bridgers , big red machine, etc but I’ve never really nailed what music I actually want to make and I pretty much like all genres bar modern metal

I quite like my JHS 3 Series Reverb (not the 3 Series Hall Reverb) as a slightly leftfield quirky reverb that has some modulation in it and can go quite big/spacey. I think it has a nice sound. It does have a noticeable click when you activate it though, which I'm not a fan of on reverb pedals. Not a problem if you just leave it on all the time. :)
They're also not the cheapest (although they are cheap for USA made pedals) but you regularly see sales on them.
What would you be using it for? The TC Skysurfer sounds really good in demos and I think it's about 40 quid. Wouldn't be my choice for anything too ambienty or shoegazey but looks like a very solid and affordable all rounder otherwise.
