I'm struggling a bit with other (incoming) costs, not the paying for them part, more the "you're fucking joking right? Right?!" part.
The place I quite like the look of in terms of location and size is $5,500 per month unfurnished for a 1,400 sq-ft apartment, and that's cheap - $8,000 per month for 1000 sq-ft is common in the more central areas. That's just such a huge amount of money that I'm balking at the idea right now, but I'm going to need somewhere to live, so...
