Pay even more and get an abbey tools one.
Some cheaper ones are probably OK but I've used a cheap one that had loads of unadjustable play at the main pivot, you can compensate for it but it's far from ideal, probably OK for occasional home use.
I was going to use with an Abbey tool for getting hood alignment spot on actually. I'll probably take a punt on a cheaper hanger tool for now if I can find one with believable reviews.
