965 isn't actually available for 2-3 weeks or so so they might just be saying no because of that. Might be worth asking them if they're prepared once the 965 is out.
But then, again, you'll get a 965 cheaper by getting the refurbed 945 for £130, buying a 965 when it comes out and then hoiking the 945 on eBay.

Yeah I've had mine since 2019 - so not that annoyed but given the new 965 is out I had asked to get that instead and make up the difference which didn't seem unreasonable. I'll get a new 945 as it's a great watch, just fancied that sweet AMOLED
