I have decided that this bike (and my back) need some risers.

I have zero knowledge of risers.

Can anyone advise or recommend or (better still) give me a set?

I've got some you can have. Black, roughly 700mm wide, 20mm of rise. Nothing special but free if you can pick up from Penge. Can get some photos when I'm home on Monday if that sounds interesting!
