"PCL Fringe" as the agents call it. Prices nudging towards Notting Hill / Chelsea but without the nice bits of poshness (i.e. no dogshit).

It does have some nice bits but nothing in the middle. Basically really fucking spendy, grand stuff and some dreadful estates. And the rec has an inordinate amount of dog shit dotted around. The balance is way off and there’s little to do locally.

Paul Weller lives there tho
