I want to keep the stem, red bits are growing on me, maybe tan wall tyres, velox cotton tape somewhere on chainstay or handlebars. Or both. To compensate the incredible length of stem, I am planning to put a albatross bars, combined with DA bar end shifters I have in bin.

Dang. I have 3/4 of those in permanent desktop wallpaper rotation.
Albatross with a 110mm stem makes for really snappe steering IME -

haha, such a good coincidence
hmm, haven't gave so much thought to steering, lets have a look on a test, since I have bars already

For the record I really like how the steering feels with albatross bars on a long stem.

Long time didn't update anything here, but I have some footage incoming soon.
I came to realise that chromed cube is too small for me. And that Marin is perfect fit.
However, it is full of chips and scratches.
Well, I delivered it to painters.Moodboard.

Got few parts ready, magura brakes were can sprayed black, took some time to remove most of it. Cables needs to be changed. Shifters sorted. Need to make up my mind on derailleur - 9 speed xtr or something modern.

What bars are these?
They don't look like albatross to me -
• #74
These are ergotec moon cruiser, albatross seemed a little too narrow for me.

All right - they look nice! And they even make a 31,8 mm version!
Had a nice ride on a gravel loop today, finished with some coffee. I really enjoyed the fact I took my camera, made my stop by and take pictures, such a good feeling. I guess camera is going to many bike trips from now on.
Also, I finally managed to pickup my dynamo wheel assembled, I guess it's the last ride before this bike get's dynamo sorted.
