Very strange, tried to install the gxp cranks and bb today and came up a confusion.
The previous gxp bb and rival cranks (same gen) didn't need bb spacers but this set up needs 1mm spacer in order for the crank axle to fully slide through.
Without the 1mm spacer there is loads of play...
Also I can't run the chain ring and the guard as the 44t fowls the chainstay, so I'll have to order a 42t 130bcd ring or use the shimano 7700 cranks I have sitting around.
