Sorry I'm not trying to have a go at anyone. I've made more Poorly Organised Dad purchases on Amazon than I'm happy with. I just meant to say that getting the kind of service we "expect" you have exploit army-levels of people. Certainly most logistics companies have unfair working practices, but no company has changed people's expectations (including mine) of retail service. And it's good to remember that it's all built on straight-up exploitation and non-unionised and zero-hours contracts
