Rakim is playing Bristol next June
Might have to get tickets for this one, it's going to be full of 40-50 year old men isn't it?!

I would have thought so (me and my mate fit into that category!).
At KRS One there was a real nice spread of ages, from old farts like us to young 'uns.

It's a lot easier to record the audio from your browser using something like https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/chrome-audio-capture/kfokdmfpdnokpmpbjhjbcabgligoelgp
Although that seems to have a 20 min limit.
You should be able to record your desktop audio with something like Audacity or VLC though.

I couldn't get VLC to work and although I've used it successfully before for recording from a tape deck, Audacity didn't work either, I think BBC Sounds may have some sort of security. YT Saver worked pretty well in the end, although only 3 downloads available on the free version.
Anyway, I must provide, here's some Jeru.

I think there's a product from Rogue Amoeba. I do it with hardware but that's not recommended unless you already have some aes i/o hanging connected to your computer.
In the past I've had good results with the YT saver type programs.

Just got back from O2 indigo to see De La Soul.. missed Omar and anyone else supporting. Trevor Nelson didn’t DJ just played a poorly conceived playlist as hype man.
What he should have done was to include Jungle Brothers, Tribe, Black Sheep, Universal Zulu Nation / Native Tongues associated with the De La Soul era.
The promoters probably lost a ton of money, because the original line up had Maze, Cameo and others. Turn out was poor this evening. Not unexpected, given that dates kept being rescheduled and we only had like three days notice for tonight, with an audience of 300 for a venue that can hold 2800
Credit to De La Soul (Kelvin Mercer -Pasdnous only, Trugoy and Maseo were absent) bringing a band to stage with horns, electric guitars, drums, percussion section and keyboards.
Let see what the music press have to say tomorrow.

Not sure if this should go in the skateboard thread or here. Or both.
