  • Steady on… puck is by far the best female rider, but MVDP is really just a meat head. He makes way more mistakes than WVA or even Tom, but just has ludicrous power. That’s why he always wins on fast courses, but as soon as it gets really technical or hilly less powerful riders keep up.

  • I was going to offer some advice on how to hold your bars properly when shouldering the bike, but with this heresy you can get in the sea.

  • What races are you watching??! MVDP had unreal skills and always puts the others under pressure though the technical bits. Wout has more power for a start....

  • I would have said between Pid, Woot, and Mathieu the Teeny Bopper, Woot has the worst tekkers but the most outrageous power (atm anyway). Sir Pid has the best skills* but he's just too wee

*when he times his gratuitous tailwhips correctly

  • Tom's a showboater but that's hardly a crucial CX skill.

Which Mathieu can do better anyway!

  • nice to see MTB valverde in that shot

  • Miguel Martinez?

Or is he more the MTB Rebellin?

  • oh I thought it was Nino

  • It is, I was trying to be funny cry face emoji

  • shame we didn't get an overhead shot but looked like a wheel overlap the way he careened to the right. but i guess that could happen if you pulled your foot out.

  • Inserting gif of Olympics mtb crash…

  • Cameron made a good point that crashes were inevitable on a muddy rutted pump track on 17psi on skinny tyres. I know there needs to be a show for tv, but several riders crash on it every year

  • Anyone have a 1 1/4 100mm Canyon or Cayon compatible stem not being used? Of course the stock cockpit isn't the right dimensions and they don't do the cockpit swap anymore (or at least atm)

  • Might have one I could loan you. I use it for my ultra set up so it sits idle most the time.

  • I haven't looked at bike prices in forever. So I was astounded to see how much stuff is nowadays. But I wanted a new bike. Grizl AL 6 saved the day. The offerings from other brands at the same price was laughable. And I got a very lightly used demo one, so it was only $1349. Stupid cheap.

  • Glad to see you're getting into cycling again 👌

  • just saw that CANYON and SAM PILGRIM are working together! he is a nut job! love him!! awesome stuff!

  • did it come with rear removable brake bridge? Does the fork have a hole in front (for dynamo light) ?

  • awesome deal. nice work

  • Unsure. Not that I’m aware of but could be wrong. Arriving today. Ordered yesterday. V good.

  • Thanks for this. After falling down a (expander bung)hole of niche Canyon headset sizes and parts/swapping, I've just bought a cockpit that fits

  • This has to be the most @amey looking bike I've ever owned. Impressed with Canyon's packaging and ease of setup, I must say. FD limits are a bit shit, but other than that, it was easy peasy. Though, I did forget that American's have weird brakes, so I had to unwrap the bars and switch the hoses over. Surprisingly easy and no bleed was required. Bike seems fun so far, though I'll probably pick up a more road orientated gravel tyre rather than these 100% gravel tyres.

  • whats the point of bollards against the wall?
