Bicycle Tag of bike

Googling the clue brings up some interesting stuff. Not the location, but interesting.
I think I'll substitute 'alley' for 'passage'.

I'm fairly sure I know where it is from the photo, in particular the gutter down the side, and the clue but I couldn't spot the specific location on Streetview. Planning a diversion tomorrow morning to see if I'm r in right. Just need to think of a follow-up.

Old: Harringay Passage where it crosses Hewitt Road. Runs over the Hornsey Outfall Sewer, built before the houses.

New: I'm too old for this but might have a go anyway when it is finished.

Any clue for the new one? It's not where I thought it was.

Cleared for redevelopment by the Luftwaffe and then used for pre-fab homes for a couple of decades. Now a reel draw with boulderers.

NEW: This building has been done before, 10 or 12 years ago. The exhibition is relatively new.
On a busy junction so if it's a red, don't cross.
