Went trick or treating this year and must have heard that same fucking chime 20 times over.

Hate these. And they're so loud too, I can hear my neighbours. Why do they make external noise? Shouldn't a doorbell be for the people inside?
Not sure why anyone would even want one.

Does my head in as well. Our rented house had one fitted when we moved in, the dog goes fucking berserk whenever she hears it. Our neighbours either side have them as well which also set her off barking because they're so loud.
