I have one cross race remaining this season, on the 29th, so focus is on that.

I am building a sweet fixie though, with a view to doing this ride and more in the future.

6 hours in Z2 is perfect training! I saw a video about this on the internet.

It worked when we did that 6 hour off road ride back in 2017 (I think?). I was pinging for the European Singlespeed Champs ten days later.
