I hadn't noticed it on the wc/superprestige coverage but maybe it is. I was gifted it, it's perfectly ok and drinkable but nowt mind-blowing.

Taproom recomendations (London) or maybe even a quick train out, something not on the beer mile, have an interest in sours and somewhere a little experimental. Really enjoyed Gypsy Hill.

Could do a tour of the Blackhorse Rd area taprooms: https://www.cktravels.com/walthamstow-beer-mile-brewery/
Some of those are pretty MOR, like Big Penny (formally Trumans) and Signature - mostly just low abv lagers and pales.
Wildcard will be more interesting but not been for a long time and don’t know the others, but sure all will have sours to try.
My favourite places locally are Neckstamper and Gravitywell.

Wild Card is good, you also have Pillars and another one on the same block, and Gods Own Junkyard on the other side of the road.

Bullfinch brewery run their own bar opposite Gypsy Hill overland station …. The Bull and Finch … it’s just a bar with lots of different taps on but the lad who runs it brews his own stuff downstairs … lots of really nice saisons and sours ..

Recommend Three Hounds in Clock House if you're ever in the area

For a low alcohol beer, this is surprisingly good.

I can't find details online, but they do a local trail which takes in them, BR3WERY just up the road from them, Southey in Penge and Ignition in Sydenham. I think you can get a brevet card type thing, get a stamp in each and claim a badge.
Three Hounds is excellent; a great selection of beers, including some of their own, plus they put on comedy nights, music nights and organise a local makers fair event. A really positive contributor to the local area.

Yeah there's a little crawl you can do. I just really like the atmosphere in Three Hounds, just a really friendly place. They've recently had a refurb and I think they have more taplines as of this week, including a permanent Belgian tap.

Brevet card???
Do you have to do it in one trip?
For the same people who think going on a 30 day juice cleanse will make up for eating shit the rest of the year.
