How do you stop the rain running off your rain stopping tights into your waterproof boots? I had the wetsuit bit at the top of the boot done up snug, but the tights are too tight to go over the top I think so they go under and the rain runs onto my socks I guess then down my feet. 2 hours in constant rain yesterday and they were soaked
