Ah that’s so good to hear. I’ll pass on the good review, it’s not my recipe but I have been making 80 a day for last couple weeks, Thank god that’s over now.
I actually had decided I didn’t like mince pies, hadn’t tried one for years mind, tried our one as we were making them and have been suddenly awakened

Tried one this morning, think I prefer it to Toads offering, more spice better pastry to filling ratio. Top work!!
