There's a place near me that my kids do their swimming lessons, and there's a photo up of the team who hold the world record for 24hr treadmill running, with a distance of 271 miles.
I didn't think that would be possible, but apparently they do 2 minute shifts.
Must be sub 6 mins miles though, so that's pretty impressive.
Not sure how they would change over.
I did 10 miles in a treadmill years ago when it snowed. That was thoroughly miserable
