Why did you use a chain tensioner whild you have horizontal drop outs?

QR and single speed don't always play together nicely, I had major issues with axle slipping with a previous build. Although with properly knurled steel QR faces it should be no issue.

What QR lever are you using? A decent closed cam Shimano QR should be pretty solid. Lightweight open cam designs will slip though.

Now I use some beefy old school Shimano ones with proper steel faces, those are solid indeed.

Was a broken ebike with no battery. I just got a new rear wheel for $5 from marketplace and stripped all the ebike shit off it.
