it’s the high seas bit! i appreciate your advice! you know when you are waiting for a bus or train and they keep rolling back the departure time and you suspect it’ll be cancelled but you’re in one of those moods where you become frozen by indecision and when they cancel you kick yourself? I don’t want that to happen!

windfinder.com doesn't look very promising for Sunday... but what is the threshold for Brittany Ferries to cancel the sailing? I have no idea, but would suggest it is reasonably high given they sail this route all year round.

Other than staying in touch with Brittany Ferries not sure there's anything else you can do. Lovely trip, I have done it a few times although not in such sporting conditions
