Definitely a fair point. Also why I think I'll have to drop by Jaap's at some point to have them added to my gravel bike as that will more or less always have at least half a frame bag but I'm not so sure about the ATB Huls will be making me.

I'd rather have a bag I can remove quickly and easily without tools. Barnacles I can live with. Having to fanny about with weeny Allen head bolts each time I want to remove a frame bag, no thanks.

Don’t bolt on bags give you clean lines with the bag on at the expense of not having clean lines with the bag off? I’d rather have a lace-up bag than have a bike full of barnacles.
