The news cycle atm.....fuck me its bleak.
UK really is heading in to a shitstorm. I felt so depressed/kinda helpless after watching the news last night.

It totally is. Try and step back from it, I know it's hard and I'm the worst for it. I try and read the Stoics, trying to get my head around that it's all been the same for millennia.

Despots, political plotting, war, famine, pandemics, taxes!

Ha. Totally. I think yesterday was quite bad as I think j took in 2 hrs of evening news.
