I do all my rides drunk. Is that better or worse than fixed?

Apparently he was on the Highland Fling 1000 this year too.

Being drunk can go either way, sometimes it’s better, sometimes it’s worse. Riding fixed is shit all the time. Although, being too drunk is considerably worse than fixed, so who knows.

That route went right past my flat in Edinburgh. I spotted him on his fixed Rourke and got strong audax vibes before I knew who he was.

Yeah, riding fixed is only better than gears when you've smashed your RD off. :) Then you want to be riding fixed. I don't mind fixed around town but I have no interest in doing long rides fixed. I love zooming downhill without having to think about my frog in a blender legs too much.
