  • It’s true, you can enjoy a film but not want to watch again

And like songs, if, perchance you catch a film you enjoyed before, yet didn't considering watching again, and watch it again, you'll see so much more, and enjoy it

Never got the attitude 'Na, already seen it'

  • As others have said, for me it depends on the film. There are plenty of films that I've enjoyed but don't really have any desire to watch again. There are more films that are worth watching than you could possibly see in a life time so why rewatch things for the sake of it? Having said that, I've definitely seen every Austin Powers film at least 3 times so I'm clearly very stupid.

  • but don't really have any desire to watch again

With songs, listening again is often foisted on you, desire or not. Their brevity, compared to films, makes you open to another listen.

    Time is a factor

You could argue that for every medium.

    Time is a factor
(made you read that again lols)

  • Absolutely, don’t rewatch for the sake of it but because you want to (even if not easy to articulate why).
