  • It’s true, you can enjoy a film but not want to watch again but there are equally lots where repeated viewings is great (and not always for the same reasons).

    Not always clear what the repeats will be but you’ll just know

    And like songs, if, perchance you catch a film you enjoyed before, yet didn't considering watching again, and watch it again, you'll see so much more, and enjoy it

    Never got the attitude 'Na, already seen it'

  • Absolutely, get the story first time round and then, freed, really lean in on subsequent viewings

  • As others have said, for me it depends on the film. There are plenty of films that I've enjoyed but don't really have any desire to watch again. There are more films that are worth watching than you could possibly see in a life time so why rewatch things for the sake of it? Having said that, I've definitely seen every Austin Powers film at least 3 times so I'm clearly very stupid.
