I just got my bag off AliExpress ( https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001265692575.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.0.0.21ef1802WaRz0A ), cost around 1/3 of the official bags.
Initial impressions are it's not bad, certainly less quality than the official, but stitching and zips are solid. It's made of nylon more equivalent to a cheap backpack or something, but during my commute this morning it bucketed down and the contents were still dry inside despite me not faffing around with the rain cover. A solid 3.5/5 I would have bought a used bag but here in Australia they seem pretty rare.
