This is the thing. They could have easily been financially and architecturally successful with that budget and location. Euphoria CD man sunk his ship with 2 catastrophic decisions - the ridiculous suspended car ramp and the mad flying foundations, both things were unnecessary and elevated the build from being premium to ruinous, and for what?

If they’d just mildly re-done the original gaff they’d probably have cleared £3-4m in profit anyway given what the land was worth
