I'm not going to watch it again, but total cost of build and asking prices for both buildings were given. IF asking prices were met, it was quite a profit iirc.

Build was about £6M, asking was about £10M
If it's as simple as that then a profit, but no mention of whether that includes interest on loans etc., or what £6M invested just about anywhere else would have yielded over the course of 10 years.
At least it's done...
