Anyone interested in how everyone reacts when the sentencing for the killing of Harry Dunn is revealed to be inevitably soft?

What's worse, escaping justice by fleeing the country or escaping justice by pleading guilty in court and just paying a £200 fine?

She's still in the US right, I'm sure the sentence will be meaningless whatever happens.
You'd hope, as she wouldn't actually receive any punishment unless she returns to the uk (I think?) that they'd throw the book at her.

Not that it helps the Dunn family, but her life, and probably that of her immediate family, is ruined.

The Dunns have said they don’t want to see her separated from her family and they were happy with the lesser careless rather than dangerous driving charge as she plead guilty.

Remarkable people it seems.

Yes - they had a choice between ruined and blighted and they picked the former and put the Dunns through more agony. They’ll take that to the grave.

Neither of them is USian? They might say shit but it definitely comes in several flavours of British accent.

In my youth (and there wasn't that much American TV around then) I'd say shit was predominant with shite being viewed as less offensive.
