went and had a look outside, looked really nicely done. shit loads of huge tree logs in the garden though, she will have to get the fence down to remove them.
was a smart move financially as next door was up for 1.1 (i think)

Anyone see the grand design in Dulwich from last week ? Have to say i thought it was great with a seriously impressive level of finish for the price
