  • Exactly. The company is the only winner in that scenario. Some people naturally aren't good at negotiating, and they shouldn't be penalised for it.

    If you don't want to negotiate salary I've heard there's some poorly paid jobs in Local Government

    I get the sentiment though, I just don't think it's realistic except for very strictly defined roles.
