I'm enjoying the Jack so far. It took a bit of setup originally, but I've got it down to under a minute for changing it over onto different bikes. It's made my bike/luggage decisions far simpler! Hope yours arrives soon, they've had a hell of a lot of bad luck. And good spot - it is the 137 1/2 basket from Blue Lug.

I bought myself a negative angle stem and flipped it, then i changed my zipp wheels to aluminium ones.
Dad bike power is strong on this one 👌

My dadbike, the only downside is I only can't go higher than 700x28 tires, otherwise it's a really nice ride

i think i need to try this mid-bar-end hack on my bars to give more hand positions.
not sure if it would work with thumbies though...

No that's a limitation, with the bar-ends I can use the brakes but not the shifters. But it still is a nice (and cheap) upgrade, especially when climbing or just resting the ends

it's more a question of space with my set up - i have old style thumb shifters on top of the bars rather than trigger shifters under the bars, so i've got quite a lot of bar clutter going on already.

This might sound dumb but you can try mounting the shifters upside down. I've done it a couple of times out of necessity but it's actually quite comfy to use them like that.
