I usually make that kind of thing by hand using a victorian hand plane. You can find them on ebay in sets for relatively little money.
Or maybe adapt it from something like this :-

What is this architrave profile called? The bit I'm struggling to find is the round undercut profile on the door side,we can cut the outer profile ourselves. It's all one piece.
