I've pretty much stopped drinking since May - I drink non-alcoholic beer, its way fewer calories but satiates that desire for a beer watching football or at the pub on a Thursday. I've found that to be a gamechanger. Plus no hangover.
I think the no hangover is also a big factor- it means I’m more likely to get up next day and do an early training session or my daily yoga, rather than lie on the sofa while the kids watch milkshake!
