  • Yeah - it'll be interesting as they've been doing festivals all summer. It's part of a series of gigs to raise money for grassroots venues. Haven't seen them before and looking forward to it.

  • Anyone else going to the Watching Trees festival in Forest of Dean on 2/3/4 Sept?

  • I’ve got two tickets for Daniel Kitson’s open-air gig at the Regents Park Theatre thia coming Sunday. I’ve realised that we’re not going to get back from holidays in time to get there. Balls. It’ll be bloody great, we saw him there a few weeks ago and he was fantastic.

    £26 for the pair.

  • Sold

  • Got PSB tix too. Should be fun, I saw then a few times at tiny venues when it was just Willgoose and Wrigglesworth and a bunch of old TV’s, so will be good to see how four of them play a tiny show. Although the tix are three times the price I’ve paid for any gig at PA before, so it’s better be good…

  • Was amazing. Loved it.

  • Cave in over in the UK for a few dates in October.
London, Bristol, Manchester & Glasgow https://www.songkick.com/artists/292424-cave-in

  • GY!BE were ace tonight. They never disappoint.

  • How are your ears?

  • Wasn't too bad where we were stood, have seen them a few times to we opted to be near the back so we could watch the projectionist as well.

  • Not sure if correct thread, but I saw book of Mormon last night.
Whilst I was in stitches at parts, mostly the on purpose over the top production, on reflection, it doesn't sit easy with me. A lot of the writing seemed lazy and racist, disguised as thinly veiled satire.
The stereotype characters were almost full circle. Satire will eat itself. Or, am I like most of the "lefties" and just being offended on others behalf?

  • Lovely ambient set by Zoviet France followed by nice chunky Autechre in the Barbican.

  • Gah, didn't even know about this!

  • King Gizzard shows in London

  • Looking forward to seeing Crack Cloud tonight at eartH - and the venue.

  • Cave in were great at Heaven last night and the support Stake were also very good.

Anyone going to the shows at Bristol , Manchester or Glasgow should get there early for Stake IMO.

  • Unsane and the Cassels at Future Yard last night was an absolute cracker
Hed Pe tonight should be ummm different

  • Oh! I was there too..! Drums sounded so good!

  • Sigur Ros at the Academy tonight provided excellent entertainment. Second half was pleasingly loud.

  • Had tickets for De La Soul on Sunday at O2 Indigo, postponed again.. just like Cameo and Maze earlier this year.. a trend that sadly will continue into 2023 and it’s affecting a lot of people

if the tour is cancelled, no one is paid

  • I'm seeing them in Nottingham tomorrow, so excited! Did they have a support act? How long did they play for?

  • No support, I think they played about 2.5 hours with an interval

  • Thanks so much! It'll be our first time away from 6 month old baby, so knowing rough timings is a huge help.

  • Enjoy it! I was slightly sceptical at first but it got better and better.
