• I'm down at 74kg - been around here all summer despite 3 holidays, moving out of London for 4months + work travel. So overall really happy with that.

    Some things I've found helped:

    Consistent exercise (obvious but you also just feel better, put it in your calendar and treat is as sacred)
    a few consistent meals - I have 5-6 meals which I can make in 15-20mins without any thought as I know the calorie content and that I like them.
    Stop drinking beer
    Find some healthy snacks you like and ALWAYS have these around - don't try to not snack, make it easy to do but relatively healthily.
